"Amarilla," Spanish for yellow. The city of Amarillo got its name from the yellow soil in the Canadian River. Also known as "the Yellow Rose of Texas." Hub of activity in the panhandle area of Texas, population today approaches 180,000. Major attraction: Palo Durb Canyon

Some good ol vintage 90s, this is definitely a real Texas card for sure lol According to Wiki, the estimated population for 2013 was around 196 000 residences.
